# Kally visual assets

The Kally artwork, illustrations, icons, and source artwork in this directory
are **not** covered by the repository's MIT License.

DrapNard authorizes their use, display, and unmodified reproduction as part of
official Kalcite software, documentation, editor integrations, websites, and
project communications. Such use must retain the attribution **“Kally artwork
© DrapNard”** where attribution is reasonably practical.

## Fan art

Fan art inspired by Kally is welcome. It must not falsely claim that DrapNard
created, endorsed, or owns the fan art, and it must not be presented as official
Kalcite artwork unless DrapNard has given prior written approval.

## Commercial use of these assets

Commercial use of the artwork supplied in this directory is permitted only when
the user provides clear, visible attribution: **“Kally artwork © DrapNard”**.
The same material must also state that the artwork is owned by DrapNard and is
not owned by, created by, or affiliated with the commercial user. This permission
does not transfer ownership, grant trademark rights, or permit the user to imply
endorsement by DrapNard or Kalcite.

No permission is granted to redistribute the artwork as a standalone asset pack
or use it in a way that removes or obscures the required attribution and
ownership notice.
